We rent 7ft, 8ft, 10ft and 12ft tables, with the 8ft the most popular. Restaurants and hotels also rent them for banquets attended by royalty and embassy guests.

Common Questions

What size should the main table be?

Count who will sit at the main table and match it to the seating for each size. The 8ft table, which seats 14 to 16, is the most popular for a bride and groom's table.

How much space does a large round table need?

Allow about 4ft all the way around the edge of the table: roughly 2ft for the chairs and 2ft for the walkway behind them. So an 8ft table needs a round space about 16ft across (8ft plus 4ft on each side).

Can I collect a large round table myself?

Self-collection is not recommended for our large tables, especially the 10ft and 12ft. These fold in half for transport, and our crew joins them and fits the cloth on site, so we deliver and set them up for you.
